Meyer Gage has certain requirements that must be fulfilled and maintained in our to become a distributor. By checking each box you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. *

Distributor must maintain all accounts within our Net 30 day payment terms required by Meyer Gage Company. Accounts that age beyond these terms are subject to credit hold and work stoppage.

Conditions: In the event of nonconforming or defective goods or of any claimed loss or damage, buyer's sole remedy and measure of damages shall be the return of the within goods and repayment of the purchase price, or the replacement of nonconforming or defective goods or parts. In no event shall buyer be entitled to consequential damages.

Warranty: Meyer Gage warrants all gages for 30 days from date of shipment, except in cases of customer error, misuse or mishandling. This 30 day period allows ample time for all gages to be inspected for any manufacturing inaccuracies. MEYER GAGE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ON THE PRODUCTS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY AND MEYER GAGE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Any gages returned to Meyer Gage Company due to non-conformance shall be at the distributors shipping expense. These shipping fees shall be credited back to the distributor if the findings of the said gage(s) is found to be warranted by Meyer Gage.
